U.S. and World Hall of Fame Nominations Open

There’s still time to send in your nominations to the 2008 U.S. and World Hall of Fame selection committee.

The nomination deadline for the U.S. and World Halls of Fame is October 15, 2007. The induction ceremony for the U.S. Hall of Fame will be during the 2008 U.S. Championships in St. Paul, Minn. The World Hall of Fame induction ceremony will be in March during the 2008 World Figure Skating Championships in Gothenberg, Sweden.

Nominations are open to the public. Nominations must be submitted via letter to: Hall of Fame Nominations, World Figure Skating Museum, 20 First Street, Colorado Springs, CO 80906, or e-mail info@worldskatingmuseum.org by the deadline. Nominees may be inducted for performances as competitors, coaches, professionals or other significant accomplishments. A competitive nominee must be retired from eligible skating for at least five years.



Deadline for Nominations is October 15, 2007!
